1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of acehomecare.co (the "Site"), our text messaging program, and any related services provided by ACE Home Care LLC ("ACE Home Care," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, submitting a contact form, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services & Eligibility
ACE Home Care is a Maine-licensed Personal Care Agency providing Personal Support Services (PSS), homemaker services, respite care, and related in-home services to eligible individuals across the State of Maine. Specific services and eligibility are determined during an in-home assessment and are subject to applicable state and MaineCare requirements.
Use of our Site does not by itself create a service relationship between you and ACE Home Care. A service relationship begins only after we have completed an assessment and entered into a written service agreement with the client or their authorized representative.
3. Contact Information & Communications
When you provide your contact information (including phone number and email address) through our Site, by calling our office, or by communicating with our team, you agree that we may contact you using that information for purposes related to your inquiry, your care, your employment application, or your role as an authorized representative — including by phone call, voicemail, email, and text message.
4. SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms
Program Description
By opting into ACE Home Care's text messaging, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., appointment reminders, account updates, or Customer Care messages) at the phone number provided at opt-in. Examples of messages you may receive include: appointment and visit reminders, schedule confirmations and changes, caregiver assignment updates, intake and onboarding follow-ups, document requests, payroll and timesheet reminders for staff, and replies to questions you have sent us.
Consent
Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt in by providing your phone number on our contact or referral form, by texting us first, or by giving verbal or written consent during an intake or employment conversation.
Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 207-550-3213. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Interruption
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cost
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Privacy

No Mobile Information Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including the ACE Home Care name, logo, text, graphics, and images — is owned by or licensed to ACE Home Care LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission, except for normal personal viewing.
6. Disclaimer
The information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 7. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cumberland County, Maine.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when changes were last made. Your continued use of the Site or the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
